David heads the Commercial Services team at Bingham Mansfield. With particular experience in dispute resolution and employment, David acts for a wide range of clients including listed companies, SME’s and individuals. David has not acted as a mediator but has acted for clients in many mediations.

Esam graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex. Before this, as a passionate football enthusiast, he played professionally in the United Arab Emirates. Most recently, Esam worked as a Private Equity Consultant, collaborating closely with investors, and gaining valuable insights into the financial and investment sectors. Driven by his commitment to a career in legal practice, Esam joined Bingham Mansfield in 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor and works alongside David Grinstead on a diverse range of corporate, commercial and litigation matters.
