David heads the Commercial Services team at Bingham Mansfield. With particular experience in dispute resolution and employment, David acts for a wide range of clients including listed companies, SME’s and individuals. David has not acted as a mediator but has acted for clients in many mediations.

Jo qualified as a solicitor in 1998 with a City firm before moving to the south coast and has worked with David Grinstead since 2014. She specialises in dispute resolution in the following areas:
Wills, trust and estate disputes
Private and commercial contract disputes
Insolvency proceedings including actions against directors
Misuse of private information
Natalie qualified as a solicitor in November 2019 having over 4 years’ previous experience in the legal sector. She deals with a variety of commercial and dispute resolution matters as well as assisting David Grinstead with larger and complex matters and cases. Natalie aims to provide excellent client care in a practical and approachable manner.
Nick graduated from the University of Bath in 2002 with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering, and began a 15-year career spent mainly in Automotive Engineering, most recently as a Principal Engineer of Aston Martin Lagonda’s bespoke Valkyrie HyperCar series.
He embarked on a postgraduate law degree in 2018, and completed the conversion to law in 2020, graduating from the University of Law, Guildford in both the Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management, and joined Bingham Mansfield as a trainee solicitor in 2021, where he assists David Grinstead in a variety of commercial, corporate, litigation and real estate matters.
